I am Professor of Literature and Theory at Nottingham Trent University, where I work on globalization, technology, and contemporary literature and theory. My most recent book is Orbital Poetics: Literature, Theory, World (Bloomsbury, 2019). I have been Chair of BACLS since July 2019.
